Constant and controlled flow feeding
Suitable for narrow spaces thanks to its compact design

What is a Screw Conveyor?
Screw conveyors (also known as helical conveyors) are systems that use a rotating screw shaft (helix) to convey solid or semi-fluid materials horizontally, inclined, or vertically. They are typically used to transport bulk materials such as grain, flour, feed, cement, and sand.
Production and Assembly Process
1. Design and Planning: The system is designed by taking into consideration the type, quantity and transportation distance of the material to be transported.
2. Body and Helix Production: The spiral screw shaft and pipe body are generally manufactured from steel. Stainless steel is also an option.
3. Drive System Installation: – The electric motor and reducer are installed. Rotation speed and conveying efficiency are optimized.
4. Bearing and Sealing: – A long-lasting and leak-proof system is achieved by placing end bearings and, if necessary, seals.
5. On-Site Assembly and Testing:– Screw conveyor is assembled on-site and tested for operation before being delivered.
