What are Pneumatic Valves?
Pneumatic gates are lid systems that automatically control material flow in silos and conveying systems using air-powered pistons. They are particularly preferred in systems requiring rapid and frequent opening and closing.
Manufacturing and Assembly Stages
1. Design: It is specially designed according to the size of the silo or conveyor to be used.
2.Material Selection:– The cover body is generally made of carbon steel and the sealing elements are made of special gaskets.

4. Automation Connection:- It can be integrated into PLC systems or simple button-control panels.
5.Testing and Commissioning:- The system is activated by testing the on-off cycle.
