What are Return Pipes?
Return pipes are piping systems that transport grain, flour, feed, or other bulk materials within a conveying system back to their starting point or to another process line. They are typically used in closed systems for circulation and feedback.
Manufacturing and Assembly Stages
1. Project Analysis: Material type, carrying capacity and direction are determined.
2.Pipe Design: Pipe diameter, length and bending angles are planned according to project needs.
3.Material Selection: Generally, galvanized sheet, stainless steel or painted steel is used.
4.Production: Pipes are cut, bent and flanges are welded.
5.Installation: Pipes are fixed with carriers and integrated into conveyor systems or elevators.
6.Sızdırmazlık ve Test: Hava ve malzeme kaçağına karşı kontrol edilerek sistem devreye alınır.
