What is Mechanical/Piping?

Mechanical installations encompass all the pipelines, fittings, and supporting equipment necessary for processes such as heating, cooling, transportation, and grain flow. They ensure the proper operation of the system in industrial buildings.

Assembly and Manufacturing Process

1. Project Planning: Diameter, material, and orientation details are determined based on the type of product to be transported. Manual, pneumatic, or electric gates are selected based on system requirements.
2. Production and Preparation: Steel, galvanized, or stainless steel pipes, connecting flanges, and covers are put into production. Each part undergoes quality control.
3. Installation and Application: All pipelines are connected during on-site installation, and elbows are used for turns and transfers. Covers and flaps are installed where necessary.
