What is a Distributor and Valve?

Screw conveyors (also known as helical conveyors) are systems that use a rotating screw shaft (helix) to convey solid or semi-fluid materials horizontally, inclined, or vertically. They are typically used to transport bulk materials such as grain, flour, feed, cement, and sand.

Production and Assembly Process
1. Design: The diameter, angle and orientation requirements appropriate to the in-plant piping system are determined.
2. Material Selection:– Wear-resistant steel or stainless material is used.
3. Manufacturing: – CNC-cut parts are welded together. Rotation and locking systems are integrated.
4. Drive Selection: – Opening/closing mechanisms are installed manually, electrically or pneumatically.
5. Installation:– Pipelines are installed appropriately and leakage tests are performed.
