What are Grain Drying Systems?
Grain drying systems are specialized machines and equipment that remove excess moisture from grains (wheat, corn, barley, rice, etc.) after harvest. The drying process prevents grains from spoiling before storage, preserves product quality, and ensures long shelf life.
Manufacturing and Application Stages
1. Needs Analysis: The type of product to be dried, daily capacity and environmental conditions are determined.
2.System Selection: Continuous or batch type dryers are preferred.
3. Design: Dryer capacity, heating system (natural gas, diesel, biofuel) and ventilation structure are designed.
4.Manufacturing: Body, fans, heat exchangers and control panels are produced with galvanized or stainless materials.
5.Installation: The drying unit is installed integrated into the grain handling systems.
6. Testing and Commissioning: Temperature, humidity control and automation systems are tested and operated.
